Business Process Expert Master Data Governance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, Consulting and Implementation in the field of SAP Material Master (MM)
  • Translate business requirements related to master data into epics and features or user stories for agile work mode
  • Ensure performant master data maintenance processes and document related data processes and structures with UML or BPM
  • Align requirements with business stakeholders and within the different departments of the central service organization
  • Foster a consistent data architecture and data governance between SAP and non-SAP-systems, and maintain a data dictionary for sustainable documentation
  • Specification of interfaces for master data distribution to sub-systems
  • Contribute data migrations regarding data mapping, migration and cleansing concept, coordination of migration activities or execution of migration, e.g. in rollouts or M&As

Your profile:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably IT
  • Several years of proven experience in SAP Master Data Management for Material Master
  • Experience in the field of Variant Configuration, Customer Master and Vendor Master desirable
  • Know-how in the field of SAP PLM is a plus
  • ABAP know-how is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills for complex data / process / system landscapes
  • Analytical and business mindset and deep technical understanding
  • Excellent communication competence within the international environment, including excellent presentation skills, also on management level
  • Self-organized, open-minded and proactive
  • AGILE / SCRUM methodology
  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite
  • Readiness for international travel (< 20 %)
