Senior SAP Sales Scheduling Agreement Application Expert (m/f/d)

Your day-to-day work

As a Senior SAP Sales Scheduling Agreement Application Expert you will have a key role within the SKF IT group and participate in deploy projects for our sales and finance template. You will be hands-on and involved in all phases of a deploy project from requirements gathering to testing, cutover and hypercare.

Currently SKF is undergoing one of the largest changes referred to as “The SKF ERP Program” (SEP). This is a foundation for the future SKF landscape of global business processes and solutions globally through a common ERP system (SAP). This global transformation is driven by a dynamic cross-functional international team working across borders and time zones.

  • Independently manage tasks within area of expertise and be responsible for needed deliveries in the SAP sales scheduling agreement area.
  • Provide SAP expertise and conduct fit/gap analyses to enable implementation of the template solution.
  • Receive business or IT requirements, discuss and evaluate the requirements, document detailed design and confirm this with all stakeholders and solution architects.
  • Test preparation and execution.
  • Perform cutover preparation and execution.
  • Support end users during UAT, cutover and hypercare.
  • Transfer knowledge to business end-users and business experts.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

We expect you to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems analysis, business administration or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in configuration across SAP sales modules
  • Several years of experience in scheduling agreements
  • Hands-on S4 experience
  • Documented experience from all phases of a deploy project
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

It’s a plus if you to have

  • Experience in EDI implementations
  • Knowledge of SKF’s business and existing IT environment or similar
